About the Show

Safe Place Therapy Podcast talks about ways to improve your mental health with a focus on relationships, LGBTQ+ life, and neurodiversity.

Safe Place Therapy was founded after many clients indicated they felt unheard, unsafe, dismissed or “like a number” when talking with a counsellor.

We believe that the most important things in therapy are feeling safe and being heard. As a team of highly experienced and committed practitioners, we are known for our commitment to providing counselling services that is client-centred, safe, professional, affordable and flexible.

Our clinic is located in Melbourne, Australia. We also offer counselling online.
